I read all about your problems with that bag, and have to say, better you than me, as my bikes all fit me about like yours fits you, and I've been looking endlessly at the small saddlebag from them with lust. Guess I can shoot that one down.

That said, I've purchased a number of things from them over the past couple years, and have always been very pleased. My only complaint is that shipping takes a week or so (big deal, I know).

It was even to the point that I emailed Grant and asked him some advice, and he and I had a 4-5 response long email conversation about some inane wheel distinction or other (can't remember what it is at the moment), but he never seemed anything but cordial.
