I live in Aventura. The bike shop "City Bikes" does Saturday morning rides to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. They leave the bike shop around 7:00am and most people usually get there earlier to stretch and prepare. They start out slow to get warmed up but as they get closer to the airport they move pretty quick.
