Cinetica is indeed the company name under which Cino's son Andrea Cinelli sells his products. These bars were made in the late 80's and early 90's. They are not bad products but nothing exceedingly special either. At $15 you got yourself a great deal. They tend to be prone to loosening up. A more successful, but heavier and ultimately still not viable adjustable bar and stem was made by Modolo.
