"Local authorities prepare to move in on Joe Salmon after receiving this photo from an anonymous BFer. Joe Salmon, when questioned as a possible suspect in a string of bike thefts dating back 10 years, said, "Hey! I ain't no thief. I just find stuff layin' around. It ain't got nobody's name on it."
