My trail 5k turkey trot went well. It is my 1 year running anniversary last year I was at like 34 min this year 29 running with my father in law.

Also was able to see my brother who is now officially a marine. Very proud sounds like boot camp is just tough as the movies if not more so. While there was no cake he said there were deserts if you ate fast enough. He gained 10 lbs. I don't think any was fat.
