Have you recently converted to an internal geared hub?

I'd love to see some pics of how you routed the shifter cable. I think I know the options for the shifter, will probably use the Hubub adapter initially?

What I can't visualize is clean attachments of the cable along the bottom tube and chainstay, which I'm guessing means cable clips or stops?

The bike is question is a pristine bronze green 74' Grand Prix, dutch model. Since it's already not light, is cottered, and doesn't shift well, I thought it would be a good candidate for an IGH conversion. I've heard others who've spread the 120 rear spacing by hand to insert a 132 Nexus8, would like to avoid the cold set process.

Thanks in advance!
