I hope your friend is alright. I too get really pissed off when "I didn't see him/her" is used as an excuse for attempted murder. Tell me, if we allow all of these people with apparently poor eyesight on to the road, will Stevie Wonder ever get a licence.
I have said it before but the incompetent must be removed from the road at any and all costs!
