that is nice looking great find. also another way to tell Vic from Triomphe is the capnut on Triomphe is hollow while Vic is the truncated cone. also the style of the shifter is slightly different. while Vic has that smooth top and the 'barrel' of the shifter is offset the barrel on the Triomphe is more centered like the older Record ones

Nope thats the weirdest part, nice guy, maybe early 30's. I go into his garage and he has a RB-1, Cannondale Tri-Bike, and a Trek720.......so the guy knew what he had, he said he was selling it for $150 because he tried selling it for more on CL but no one ever contacted his, funny thing was I had never seen it on CL, and I check hourly
