I have the exploding battery pack magicshine 900 which is apparently 500-600 lumens, plenty bright.
I also have a couple of fenix flashlights that are 180 lumens. They are ok but not really that bright.
If you want to see well at reasonable speed you may do ok with 300. Surely it will be more than enough for you to be seen.
