That position is fine if it's comfortable... but your hoods position is very upright, and in the drops your arms seem cramped. I think it is less drop and reach than most would like. One crude rule of thumb is that the bars obscure the hub when in the drops. If you look at how most pros are set up, the reach is even greater than that.
