Campagnolo seems to be getting out of the small parts business.

You might find a hard-core local Campagnolo shop which has a stock pile. Perhaps Vecchio's Bicletteria in Boulder, CO.

Otherwise complete right shift assemblies except for hood, brake blade, and mounting hardware are available as EC-CE100 in carbon and EC-CE200 in aluminum. About $95.
