It's different when I'm riding with friends, where I do my best to point out stuff.
I don't discriminate when it comes to courtesy so whether they're friends or strangers they're still riders behind me so I do my best to point things out, however it's up to every rider to be responsible for themselves. I never rely on the rider in front of me to point out what's ahead because my safety is my job but if someone else can make that easier then even better.
