Bikes: N-1 where N = number needed

Skip the low end stuff and just get some Dugast or Gommitalia sew ups.

Seriously though, Conti Gatorskins for general purpose riding / training. I prefer Vitoria Open Corsa to The Conti GPs for race tires.
