DT Swiss / Hugi is an awesome company as well. One time I screwed up and stripped a cassette body. I called them and told them I was an idiot and really didn't have the money to buy a new one. They said they would look in their warranty pile for a good one (something else wrong with hub). They found a perfect one and sent it to me at no charge.

Another time I cracked one of their hubs all the way across, definitely caused by riding lightweight hubs on very nasty trails. They had me to send the wheel to them, they replaced the hub and sent it back at no charge.
