Wow, I'd love to know how you damaged that part! I've got the same brakes on one bike and the cable hold down brackets are steel and 2.5 mm (0.10") thick! Anyway, I suppose you could substitute a washer and wrap the cabe a full turn around the bolt as an expedient.

I'd try contacting Shimano USA for a replacement part.
