You can still Suntour lockrings. Ask around. My LBS has a bunch.

They're pretty beefy lockings.

Hazy memory also says that you need a special locking for 12T cogs or smaller but maybe I'm just pulling that one out of my .... (This may only be true for suntour 12T cogs). Its been a long weekend.
