Campy has failed in a business marketing and distribution sense. Big time. As a user of their product, it has inconvenienced me many times. I can walk into a shop probably anywhere in the world and buy a Shimano cassette off the shelf,
AS WELL AS finding parts easily on the internet. That is success and a winner. Most of the time I can't find a Campy cassette within 25 miles of home. I have to mail order from England. Epic fail.
