I was thinking along similar lines. We make a list of people who're interested. The first guy takes a standard box and fills it with crap (we'll work on a precise definition, but presumably dog turds are not acceptable) and mails it to the second guy on the list. That guy takes out anything he wants, and puts in stuff of equivalent value, and sends it on to the third guy. Eventually it gets back to the first guy. By that time, hopefully it's all different stuff; if it isn't, he has no one to blame but himself!
Women can play too, of course, I just didn't feel like typing all those he/she his/hers &c.
i'd be in for this type of game! and flat-rate USPS shipping would be the way to go... everyone is out a mere $10.70, regardless of zone or weight.
