I saw small areas of icing up here in Owings Mills too. I stayed late here at work, not leaving till almost 9PM and whoa did I get cold. My morning commute clothing was dry thanks to my newly purchased ceramic heater, but I was dressed for rainy 60 degrees. I had on thin single-layer knit gloves and my fingers were screaming by the time I got home.
