robncircus, I buy my Continental 62mm removable valve core tubes from Probikekit. I have also bought some from a guy on eBay. I have been very happy with Continental tubes.

And I recommend the Vittoria/Tufo valve extenders, which I carry as backup in case of multiple tube failure and the need to borrow regular size tubes.
