I been doing the endurance thing and most likely topped out at 17.5 hours last week, after several double digit weeks in a row (that's a lot for me). I am very happy camper with some recover this week (off M, 70' or so on T, off W, 68' tonight/Th -- felt good again). JB, after pounding sand for a while, it's good to take a good week way down. At least, it's feeling good for me.
