That reminds me of my hospital stay after my lung surgery. The day after surgery, they had me walk a lap around the thoracic intensive care unit area. I had to push a wheelchair which contained the two boxes my chest tubes drained into, as I walked. I walked a second lap just for good measure. My randonneuring friends asked me if I stopped and got a control card signed at the nursing station.
