Baja is wonderful! But - I don't think there is any way you could be in a hotel every night. If you can do some long distances, you could maybe reach one most of the nights.

Southeast USA is nice, but you could run into some pretty cold temps in some parts at that time of year. YOu'll meet some fabulous people there!

I know nothing about cycling in Europe, so am useless on that one...
