i got about $500 less than what i paid for it - which was good enough for me. half of what i got goes to my new bike, the rest goes to tuition which im paying at the end of jan
i felt awful looking at such a high end bike just sitting in my living room. i barely rode it and it was a waste just sitting there. that's why i decided to sell after over a year of having it.
im also a tinkerer at heart and i barely touched anything on the 7.7... the 7.3 however, im going to be putzing around with it without feeling guilty. l0l
my lbs was actually giving me a 2011 fx 7.1 they had in stock - color blue - for $400 cash, no taxes. i thought that was a great deal but i dig the white from my old 7.7, so i paid the extra $140 or so for the 7.3 . it's a great shop, excellent deals and im going to be going back there in the future for anything else i decide to buy.
