Essex, I suggest checking out a couple of books because you'll need to adjust your diet and you want to ensure you do it wisely (both for health and functionality reasons...). Check out Racing Weight by Matt Fitzgerald and In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan. These books will give you the knowledge you need to drop lbs without sacrificing energy, nutrition, etc.
