Thanks fellas! I think some strategies for me are (based on the recommendations) :
A. Get looser pants!!! I like this idea, though Dr. Phil said on a TV show not to get elastic pants.

B. Read more literature

C. Give up Italian bread and move to whole grain
So, at the moment it will be to ride a little longer (brrrrh), eat less white bread and see what happens. I've never really fluctuated much on my weight, and the only thing that's grown are the
guads. Gotta say cycling is lots-o-fun.

A lot more than lifting heavy weights and doing the ole' treadmill at the gym.
