I'm going to haul a couple of items on the rear rack, free up more space in the Carradice bag.
Are you going from a Bagman to a rear rack so you can haul a bit more stuff? Also the Ostrich bag must be heavier than the Ortlieb, are you doing that again for more volume? If so it's a dangerous path as more volume leads to more weight without some serious self restraint.

Here's my 2c

Saddlebag
Sleeping bag, pad, cooking set, clothes, tools, bike spares and emergency food

Under saddle
TarpTent Contrail

Ortlieb handlebar bag
Toiletries, wallet, phone, first aid kit, gloves, hat, rain gear, umbrella, daily food.
