Sizing is all about top tube length, so it all depends of your proportions as well as the frame's. If you are 6'-5" with only a 32" inseam, I suspect you have a relatively long torso / upper body relative to your legs and will need a bigger frame seat tube in order to get a longer top tube. You want to get whatever you were riding on the road if that was comfortable for you.
