I need to try harder with the rollers. I tried them out and spent 15 minutes clinging to a doorframe. This subsequently put me into back spasms. I still almost fell off because I still got bored, stopped paying attention, and started weaving. I haven't been on them since. We set them up in a hallway, and I kept imagining myself flipping over and breaking my arm. I know they're not that hard, but it's something weird and mental about it for me. Being in the hall is claustrophobic, but at the same time I wished the walls were closer. Like a
hug machine.
