Just post a WTB seven speed wheelset in your local C/L, under the bikes for sale section (no one reads the wanted to buy section). A lot of people dumped the 7 speed stuff for 8/9/10 speed gear. Most of the used wheels I have bought this way came with tires, tubes, cassette, and the wheels of course.
