I'm not a fan of P90X. The plyo day isn't truely plyo, it's cardio based on plyo. That seems like a great way to injure your feet/lower legs with no real benefits over something like running. The weight days have too many isolation exercises and are overly focused on the vanity muscles. The abs stuff is, again, more vanity than practical and has mostly feel the burn exercises rather than effective core exercises. Core synergistics was pretty good though.
