I know an awful lot of people who have done P90X for 1-2 months and then stop. Seriously, how do we all like riding rollers/trainer? It is just like the Jane Fonda workouts. How many people kept them up? Working out in front of the TV will always result in poor long term compliance even if people see results. Exercise was meant to be fun.
