Thats not the point. The point is why not give an exact measure? Why round up? When you go buy something at the store, would you care if they rounded up your bill? I'm sure you wouldnt. If you're racing and your time is 1:01:56 they dont say "ahh, thats like 1:02. Let's round up."

I'm sure whoever made this contraption took a computer science/engineering class and learned how to make a computer read decimals. Why not use those skills?
