I've got an unrelated rant.
I'm in the market for a house and I just had a Real Estate Agent send me an email with this as the closing:
You have to deal with some trade-off's here and a bigger picture of quality of life as well. Your money is limiting you to certain area's. Only you know what's most important to you, cycling to work - or having a huge quality of life boost.
there are so many things wrong with that statement I didn't know where to begin.
The first thing that came to mind was "Well, you can kiss my heiney"
