Let's see - tickets? ~$100 a throw. Then add concession stand food, hotels, travel costs to/from, souvenirs, etc..... and all the time exposed to a soulless machine that inexorably siphons every last nickel out of your wallet until you're bled dry.
A weekend trip for a family of 3 costs more than a De Rosa, and all you'll have to show for your money is tired feet and the incessant pleading... "when can we go back?".
