Hell if I know. I got a shorter stem put on the other day, in hopes of decreasing the reach and helping with my back problems, but then we had a major cold snap around here and I haven't been on the bike since the stem's been put on.

So I'm hoping to go out on a ride Saturday, then that should help tell me what to do. I think my next bike's going to be a hybrid, but the question is, am I gonna sell the road bike to pay for a hybrid or get a third (shudder) bike? I know some of you guys have a billion bikes, but I'm poor. Three of 'em just seems horribly impractical. Two seems horribly impractical.
