if you read the Q&A section, the seller says "FRAME HAS NO DENTS BENDS CRACKS ECT..PAINT JUST HAS NORMAL SCRATCHES FOR ITS AGE BUT OVERALL GOOD." So either he is blind or purposely mis-represented the frame. Notice also there is no photo in which you could have noticed the problem.
