if this is the guy i'm thinking of (i follow chicago craigslist) i think he was really exaggerating how great a racket he has going. yeah, he posts hi-ten single speed conversions with steel wheels for $200 or more, but based on how frequently he has to repost them i don't think they're moving fast. he seems to put out a quality product but definitely overpriced. power to him if he's finding buyers, though.
