Yeah I was looking at some other pedals. I want a get-up-and-go bike (so I dont have to change into cycling gear). Those pedals from MKS look good.

I hear ya. Funnily enough, if my commute was longer, and didn't have so many stop/starts (traffic lights, traffic in general) then I'd find the hassle of putting on cycling stuff to be more worth while. Taking 7 mins to get ready, plus 7 mins at the other end, for a journey that's about 50 mins long... that ratio isn't worth it to me.

That's like 15 mins getting-ready-time for a 50 minute journey, which itself is full of stops and starts, in fumed filled traffic. That's 30% of the total time just to get ready, and half of the other 70% is in stop/start conditions, leaving only 35% reasonable cycling time (in fumes).
