They, Aero Levers , are already Higher leverage, pull less cable
than their non aero predecessors.
To pull more cable you Lower the leverage, ..
the fulcrum moves towards the effort arm.
Low Profile Cantilevers a type 2 lever have more mechanical advantage,
over high profile, a type 1 lever,
but as a result high profile are preferred in Muddy Cross races,
because lower leverage moves the pad further ,
for a given amount of cable pull ,
so offer more clearance around rotating wheel which may be muddy.
so if you have low profile calipers set up needs to be closer to the rim.
Sheldon's Geometric-Math suggests longer straddle cables increase the leverage
on high profile type cantilever calipers.
As I interpret what is there.
