There is a huge difference between overtraining and over reaching. If you truly have overtrained, you would need most likely MORE than 2 months to recover. Possibly up to a year. And to get to a truly overtrained state, you need to be doing TOO MUCH for a LONG time. Like 6 months. Overtraining is something that takes you out for a very long time. If you come back in a week or two, you've only over reached, which is common in training. You break yourself down, but only enough so that you recover and come back stronger. This is why you need recovery weeks scheduled in. I doubt you have over trained. Don't worry about it, take a rest week, sleep lots. You'll be back.
