Thanks for the feedback. I did a search to determine which model it might be. The SC is based on pics and descriptions of SC only having Campagnolo DO. Has the replacement been done right? Not 100% sure. I would not be interested in restoration, just a quick clean up recognizing the chrome is not salvagable. I was looking for a low cost frame to hang all my equipment from my wrecked Le Champion. You know, french BB and head set etc.

I was not impressed with the seat stay's either. They look really fat at the seat lug and far apart. Seeing the nubs left from the cable bridge was a disappointment as well. I'll wait. I did get a NOS vittoria Pro 280 tubular for $5!
