So once a year I do a road race. Normally it is on a steel SS (ride SS division) with my mother in a duathalon (I'm the best son ever). Well I got a Vassago Fisticuff for kind of a go anywhere type bike that currently rides with 38c all terrain style tires on 27mm rims.

So what I am looking for is a not terrible expensive road tire possible a all season style in case the race changes a bit. Also the road is terrible, pot holes galore!
