I dropped from around 220lbs to just below 200lbs in a year or so and then it stopped. I can't get any lower than 195lbs and I started watching my diet too. I wish to be 175-180 too. The first 20lbs are easy, then you hit a plateau and it requires more effort. Depending where you are in your weight loss progress those few pounds can very easy or very hard to drop.
So it's not realistic for me to make such resolution. Although, I plan to ride all Winter, snow or not, like the last one. It was a huge thing to for me because I normally put lots of weight on during Winter. This was the first Winter that I actually lost weight!!!
