My ride home yesterday was good and wet.
I've been noticing a clunking sound when I go over bumps. I didn't think much of it. Thought it was my bag. When I got home yesterday I decided to hose the crud off my bike and then I noticed one of the bolts that attaches my rack to the frame was gone. Eep. Went to my collection of old hardware and found a bolt and nut that fit, and installed. No more clunks over bumps.
Damp ride this morning. I saw bike tracks on the dry parts of the trail so I commenced an attack run.

Eventually spotted my quarry, which only made me push harder. Caught up to him. An old dude on a hybrid of some sort. MTB frame/bars and road tires. Interesting. Good ride.
