Those Old Man Mountain racks look pretty sturdy. I think I'm going to try to keep most of the gear bike mounted in some form. I have a Camel Back that I wear when traveling by Motorcycle or Bicycle.

I will definitely refuse delivery if it does not have the rack mounts. This was one of the things I made the salesman aware of while we were discussing the best bike for my needs.
