ok, thanks a lot man. Ill take it to get alligned and the noise is in the freewheel thanks for the diagnostic help! Ill let the lbs handle the noise i dont really want to invest in any special tools, should i leave the tire off the bike and just take it to them? Yeah, i could see the cost skyrocketing, its only been about 300 for everything so far including three tires, tape, and a new saddle but i could easily see that going up with shifters, brakes and gears..
Three tires????

Yes, bring the wheel only without the tire mounted. the less the shop needs to do other than the alignment, the less it should cost. Also ask them what it would be to flush and oil the freewheel. If it's more than you want to spend, have them remove it, and you can easily service it at home if you have some solvent, oil and a metal pan or tray. Remounting a freewheel doesn't require tools.
