A thorough mechanic will remove the tire to do anything mote than a minor alignment, but the added cost will be very nominal if anything, so go ahead and leave it on.
ok, ive just never done it before but im sure i could learn, i arleady learned a lot when i was disassembling it to paint. Thanks to everyone for the input it was very helpful.
