No way a custom frame is the same price as a used NJS frameset. It's not like I'm going to be buying a NOS 3Rensho or Nagawasa from Track Supermarket or NJS Export. Going with any of the frame builders in Portland would cost me +1500. I'm looking to spend $500-700.
