OK, I can thread a known ISO freewheel onto the hub this Winner Pro was taken from, and I can thread the Winner Pro onto a known ISO hubb so it has to be ISO threading or the Known ISO freewheel would not have threaded onto the hub the Winner Pro was on... Yikes LOL........
